Returns Policy

free returns & Exchanges

Have to return or exchange your sweater? Not a problem. We want to make the process easy for you, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges. Just fill out the  appropriate form below, click submit, and we'll send you a return label. Affix the label to your package, and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location. You will be refunded in-full 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom designs, except for manufacturing defects.
